The Northwest Campus Student Housing Infill project is approximately 491,500 gross square feet of new Type I building space in the Northwest zone of the campus. The project includes construction for 1,507 beds, dining commons, fitness center, multi-purpose room, faculty-in-residence apartments and a renovated housing maintenance space.
The Sproul Complex is approximately a 291,500 gsf facility and will include two (2) residential towers, a 750 seat dining facility with requisite kitchen, food preparation and storage facilities. A fitness center, multi-purpose room, meeting rooms and renovation of housing maintenance space is included. The Sproul South building will be a six-story residence hall constructed on top of a new 3-story Sproul Complex and contains 298 beds. Sproul West is a 9-story building located just east of the existing Rieber Hall Building and contains 406 beds.
DeNeve Hall construction includes approximately 200,000 gsf of building consisting of two residential towers. The Upper De Neve building will be a 9-story residential tower and contain 496 beds. The Lower De Neve will be a 7-story residential tower containing 307 beds.
United Inspection & Testing is providing inspection of all concrete, shotcrete, masonry, fireproofing, waterproofing, structural steel welding/bolting, non-destructive testing, nailing inspection and all required materials testing services.
